Register Only -You can register your organization and any fund raising chapters or affiliates with V-DAC. This will let you place a
"Vehicle Donation" hotlink on your website that will automatically put donors into a vehicle donation website identified with your organization's name.
Register PLUS promote your vehicle donation program to your membership. V-DAC can accept vehicles located anywhere
in the country so you can promote to your membership nationwide. V-DAC has an extensive library of promotional materials
that you can use for newsletters, fliers, posters and more. If you are a parent or headquarters with multiple fund
raising chapter or affiliates, you can set up an automatic split of proceeds between the national organization and the
local chapter to cover the cost of national member outreach programs.
Non-profits never own or possess the vehicles. Vehicles are actually donated
to a Central Charity (similar to United Way) with specific instructions to transfer proceeds to the designated non-profit.
Technically, our "Central Charity" is called a donor advised giving fund service.
Non-profits are fully indemnified and are not responsible for any cost of
preparing or selling vehicles.
The V-DAC program absorbs charges when net proceeds from a vehicle are negative.

Should I use broadcast media to get donors for my vehicle donation program? No. You should focus your efforts on generating donations from your existing membership. Using you normal
communication vehicles will result in lowest cost program (up to 60% of gross proceeds available to the charity after all
expenses. Using broadcast media (radio or TV) will lower this to 5% or even negative.
