You will be called by the local tower to arrange a convenient time for pickup. If you need rush pickup note this in the online wizard or during your phone call.
All transfer documents and titles are mailed rather than given to tow truck drivers as a security measure so that theft of donated vehicles is eliminated. The USPS is much more secure than giving a title to a tow truck driver. and does not lose mail that is properly addressed. We pay for all expenses if a title is lost in the mail and needs to be replaced.
Your title is made out to "Advanced Remarketing Services", the agent for our central non-profit. This agent is licensed in all 50 states as a vehicle wholesaler.
Never leave title ownership blank. This is against the law in all 50 states and a crime in some.
The "Central Charity" distributes all net proceeds
after all auction costs and administration fees are deducted to the
donor designated "receiving" non-profit.
