1. Click on the "Donate Now" icon found on every page.
2. Click through the various donation links and fill in information as requested.
3. When you have completed the Wizard, print the Contribution Form page.
4. Print and sign the Odometer Statement and the Limited Power of Attorney.
5. Title: If a title is required in your state of registration, locate your vehicle's CERTIFICATE OF TITLE. First, print and sign your name as the "Seller" in EXACTLY the way it appears on the face of the title. Second, enter your intent to transfer title by entering Advanced Remarketing Services on the "Buyer/Purchaser" line. (Advanced Remarketing Services is the "Agent for" the Central Charity we use to maintain tax deductibility of your contribution.)
6. Make copies of the Contribution Form, Odometer Statement, Limited Power of Attorney and the Certificate of Title.

7. Our representative will call to arrange pick up of your vehicle. You will be sent a tax receipt for your donation after the pickup.
